Spiced Beef Brisket Melt – House seasoned and smoked beef brisket layered with grilled onions, cabbage, and Swiss cheese on grilled Rye Bread, served with French fries
Option 2
Vegetable Beggars Purse – Chunks of cabbage, carrot, cauliflower and fig, wrapped in pastry, served over a bed of Colcannon potatoes and finished with a Guinness demi-glace.
Option 3
Roast Pork and Sweet Potatoes - w/ Spicy Red Cabbage.
Option 4
Beer Battered Local Perch – w/ roasted potato salad and candied carrots.
The Show:
Holy St. Patrick on a stick! Someone has stolen the pot of gold and now you and all the other leprechauns of Clover Union Local Number 7 have your little tails in a spin. The president of your local, Jimmy Jack Daniels O’Toole, is demanding that you get your wee bottoms over to the pub as fast as your little feet can go.
